Fitness to Fulfillment

After leaving Athletic Training in 2007 she went on to carve a niche in the personal training industry working exclusively with post-surgical clients and those with chronic medical conditions. Over the past 18 years she has accumulated various certifications in movement, corrective exercise, behavior change specialist, golf swing specialist, and functional nutrition helping people physically heal and improve their vitality.

As Lisa grew in her career she recognized the emotional connection to healing the body physically and overall life fulfillment. Because of this, and her own self-exploration of self acceptance, self-worth, and happiness Lisa decided to write a book based on her personal Self Love journey. She is the Author of the internationally selling book “*An Infinite Love: Your Journey Toward Happiness, Connection, and Loving Yourself the Most” and a* contributing Author to the Amazon Best Selling bLU Talks Book Series: *Business Life and Universe Vol. 4.*

Along the way, she watched her male friends and former professional athletes retire and struggle mentally and emotionally in the transition. She couldn’t help but notice there is a big disconnect between what we are taught, the societal expectations of men, and, the truth. Creating Ignite is a way for Lisa to give back to the sports and athletes who gave so much to her over the years. Lisa sees these former athletes as powerful men with natural characteristics that make great leaders and are highly needed in their communities, businesses, and families.

When Lisa is taking time to fulfill her soul, you will find Lisa writing, exploring spirituality, traveling, golfing, working out, working on self-development, playing with her niece and nephew, and loving on her dog Daks. Fun fact: Lisa was part of the production team that put on the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2016 Ryder Cup Golf Tournament. Because of her leadership, multitasking ability, and quick thinking skillset, she was recruited to work in Hollywood but knew that lifestyle wasn’t for her.

In 2018 Lisa started her own business helping cultivate self-worth, empowerment, and purpose in other women.

My superpower is connecting with people and cultivating deep compassion, love, and care for their personal journey.

Nothing fires me up more than seeing others win, step into their full potential, and supporting them in pursuing their passion. Professional athletes know how far discipline, dedication, and hard work can take them. They are team players and are great leaders when they have clarity in their purpose.

We need these types of leaders in our communities, working with children, raising families, running businesses, and supporting charities. Athletes also know when it is time to focus and when it is time to play. Infusing more play into our lives keeps us moving forward even during hard times. I believe the leadership framework is changing along with the identity of masculinity and what it means to “be a man.”

They will change the paradigm of power from the ability to control to the ability to impact humanity and philanthropy. I love inspiring, supporting, and watching men become fierce providers and protectors with purpose. They will get to experience a side of themselves they’ve never seen or experienced before. They will discover a new legacy they get to leave for themselves, their family and the world.

Everyone’s lived experience is different. Everyone has different strengths and struggles. Everyone deserves to be seen and heard. But to have compassion for others, we must be able to have great compassion for ourselves. This is where healing and growth reside.

Compassion

Being impeccable with your word and following suit with your actions creates safety and trust in any relationship dynamic and leadership ability. Integrity is the foundation of respect.

Integrity

Play creates happiness and joy. Play stimulates creativity and energy. This fuels us to keep moving forward even when it's hard. We can only spread joy if it overflows within us.

Play

purpose, passion, and play. It is a feeling. The feeling deep in your gut that fuels you and propels you forward

A leader is only as strong as their values. Ignite stands for:

When we have self-belief we are unstoppable and can be, do, and have anything we desire. When we struggle with full-on self-belief, sometimes all it takes is someone else seeing our potential and believing in us for us to uncover the self-belief.
